Working Process (Twin-Roll Extrusion Granulation Example)

Raw Material Preparation: Prepare ammonium phosphate (MAP or DAP) and any required additives. This may involve using a crusher to reduce larger materials to the appropriate particle size, followed by thorough mixing in a mixer to ensure a uniform blend.
Material Feeding: The prepared powder mixture is fed into the twin-roll extrusion granulator. A controlled feed system ensures a continuous flow of material between the rollers.
Extrusion Granulation: The powder is compacted between two counter-rotating rollers with specially designed grooves. This high-pressure compaction forms dense flakes or agglomerates.
